About Trey House
Trey House is not your typical business coach. He has personal experience implementing the Scaling Up framework while leading a mid-market company, so he knows well the challenges faced when introducing change to established teams.
His 20+ years of professional experience includes time working for global investment banks, early stage startups and mid-sized, family-owned companies. Trey has significant experience with institutional and retail sales & marketing, leadership & personal development, as well as financial modeling & data analytics. Like any great coach, he excels at distilling complex matters to their most simplified form so that they are both relevant and actionable to clients.
Trey graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in real estate finance. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and twin children. He loves golf, fitness and reading, and is active in several non-profits.
